E-EFMP Software Product Management Lead

Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an E-EFMP (Enterprise Exceptional Family Member Program) Software Product Management Lead to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products that support U.S. military Service Members and their families worldwide. The E-EFMP modernization effort provides technology solutions that help military families access critical services, resources, and support programs for family members with special medical or educational needs. As the Product Management Lead, you will play a key role in transforming customer needs into innovative software capabilities that improve the experience and lives of military families and enable mission success. This position is fully remote. Duties & Responsibilities Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise applications supporting military family readiness programs. Collaborate with government stakeholders, users, business analysts, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate mission needs into product requirements. Prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and ensure development efforts align with user needs and program objectives. Lead product planning, release management, and stakeholder engagement activities across the software development lifecycle. Balance customer experience, mission outcomes, technical feasibility, cybersecurity requirements, and program priorities when making product decisions.
