Cloud / System Engineering Lead (Senior)

Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Senior Cloud / System Engineering Lead to provide engineering leadership for cloud operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure modernization, service restoration, and component lifecycle activities supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The Cloud / System Engineering Lead will provide technical leadership for cloud environments, Virtual Private Clouds, Domain Name System services, load balancers, API connectivity, digital certificates, automation, and hybrid-cloud integration. This role will support the design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, refresh, and restoration of cloud and enterprise infrastructure components. The successful candidate will work with infrastructure, network, application, cybersecurity, service-management, Government, and vendor teams to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and supportable cloud services. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Chicago area. After-hours availability may be required during outages, maintenance windows, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure-refresh activities.
