AI Adoption & Workforce Enablement Lead

Overview DecisionPoint seeks an AI Adoption & Workforce Enablement Lead to develop and deliver workforce training, practical exercises, proficiency assessments, and adoption measurement supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This senior-level position will help personnel apply approved AI capabilities to their daily work and interpret AI-assisted results appropriately. The lead will translate mission workflows and technical capabilities into practical learning objectives, exercises, user guidance, and measurable demonstrations of proficiency. The AI Adoption & Workforce Enablement Lead will collaborate with Government mission owners, AI implementation teams, data and reporting specialists, training personnel, and end users. The role will assess learning needs, coordinate training with capability releases, identify adoption barriers, and measure whether personnel can use AI effectively within approved workflows. This position is remote, with Chicago-area candidates preferred. Duties & Responsibilities The AI Adoption & Workforce Enablement Lead will: Lead workforce AI training and enablement activities aligned with Government priorities and operational needs. Assess workforce learning needs, current proficiency, role-specific requirements, and barriers to AI adoption. Develop learning objectives and training plans tie
