Job Title Senior Compliance Officer Job Summary As a Senior Compliance Officer at DECA , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and standards. Interpret laws and regulations and translate them into internal policies, procedures, and controls. Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, consumer protection, data privacy (UU PDP), and fintech-specific regulations. Regulatory Communication & Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and government authorities. Manage regulatory correspondence, inquiries, inspections, audits, and examinations.
