Regulatory Compliance Officer

👀 What we are looking for Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes Ability to exercise oversight, knowledge and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures and control arrangements in a complex financial operation Academic Background: Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Law, Finance, or Business. EMI & Crypto practical knowledge of the French and EU regulatory environment. Knowledge and experience in other EU markets is also welcome! Scaling Experience: track record of managing compliance in an entity that operates across multiple EU borders. Ability to translate complex legal text into actionable operational workflows for product and engineering teams. Native-level fluency in French (for communications, regulatory reporting and legal interpretation) and full professional proficiency in English (for group-level communication and documentation drafting including policies and procedures).
