Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are looking for a Home-Based Production Designer to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products and branded merchandise industry. In this temporary full-time role, you will prepare artwork for production by vectorizing logos, building accurate mock-ups and production-ready proofs, and setting imprints to exact product specifications. You will work closely with the sales team, creative partners, and clients to apply creative direction and branding to products, support in-house creative campaigns, and make sure every approved design moves smoothly into production. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Organizational & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple design requests and proofs while meeting strict production deadlines. Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in artwork sizing, imprint placement, color specifications, and file preparation. Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, creative partners, and internal teams when presenting proofs and handling revisions. Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies artwork issues such as low-resolution files, incorrect colors, or sizing conflicts and resolves them quickly to keep orders on track.
