Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for placement, optimization, and performance analysis of overseas mainstream advertising channels to continuously improve customer acquisition efficiency and ROI. - Responsible for traffic acquisition from social media and external channels such as X, Telegram, Reddit, and YouTube, continuously expanding new customer acquisition channels. - Responsible for SEO / GEO, enhancing brand exposure and recommendations in search engines and AI Q&A / generative search through keywords, content, media, and off-site information layout. - Track the complete conversion funnel of users from clicks and registration to top-up and transactions, continuously optimizing Landing Pages and user conversion paths. - Responsible for placement data tracking and attribution analysis, continuously optimizing customer acquisition costs and overall conversion results. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in overseas Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or User Acquisition. - Practical experience in overseas ad placement, able to independently complete campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis. - Familiar with at least two mainstream overseas advertising channels among Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Native / Programmatic, etc. - Strong data analysis skills to judge material, channel, and conversion funnel issues based on data and propose optimization solutions. - Understand basic SEO logic, have a certain awareness of GEO / AI Search Optimization, and be able to improve brand exposure in AI search and Q&A scenarios through content and off-site layouts. - English as a working language. Bonus points: Experience in Crypto / Fintech platform growth. - Familiar with attribution and data analysis tools like AppsFlyer, GA4. - Experience in social media, content distribution, PR, or external traffic acquisition. - Practical experience in AI search / GEO optimization such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview.
