About the Role

Technical Environment Core production environments run on AWS / EKS, serving 24/7 digital asset trading operations, with high requirements for system availability, real-time performance, security, change quality, and disaster recovery capabilities. Responsibilities Responsible for 24/7 production stability assurance of core trading operations, covering trading links, market data services, and related infrastructure; participate in the emergency response for major production incidents, timely complete problem localization, risk control, service restoration, and post-mortem reviews to ensure trading continuity and user asset security. Responsible for the construction and continuous optimization of AWS and EKS/Kubernetes production infrastructure, including cloud architecture, networking, high availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery, as well as Kubernetes cluster upgrades, node lifecycle, scheduling and resource management, Ingress/load balancing, DNS, storage, and auto-scaling; continuously optimize cloud resource utilization efficiency and cost, and participate in business technical architecture design from the perspectives of stability, security, and maintainability. Build and continuously improve observability and production stability systems (Metrics, Logs, Tracing, Alerting, SLI/SLO, Incident Response, Postmortem), improve the efficiency of production problem discovery, localization, and recovery, and work with R&D teams to solve system bottlenecks, single points of failure, and long-term stability issues at the architecture level. Promote the construction of IaC, CI/CD, and automated operations systems (Terraform/Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc.), achieve standardization and automation of infrastructure and application delivery, and improve change review, release, validation, and rollback mechanisms to reduce production change risks. Responsible for or collaborative completion of production operations for core data and middleware services such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, including high availability, monitoring, capacity planning, backup and recovery, performance optimization, and fault handling. Promote security governance for AWS, Kubernetes, and production environments, including least privilege and access control (IAM/RBAC), network isolation, container and image security, secrets and sensitive information management (Secrets/KMS), vulnerability management, and security audits, and collaborate with related teams to complete security incident response. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, or related fields; experience in frontline operations, change management, and complex troubleshooting in medium-to-large production environments; possess both infrastructure architecture design and actual implementation capabilities, able to independently promote the implementation and continuous optimization of related solutions, with strong risk awareness and cross-team collaboration skills. Solid foundation in Linux, networking, and container technologies, as well as production-grade Kubernetes/EKS practical experience, able to independently complete cluster construction, upgrades, tuning, and complex troubleshooting at the Pod, Node, network, and cluster levels; understand runtime environments and basic troubleshooting methods for common applications such as Java and Go. Experience in AWS production environment construction and operations, familiar with core cloud services (IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, ALB/NLB, Route 53, S3, CloudWatch, etc.), understand design principles such as multi-AZ, high availability, network isolation, least privilege, auto-scaling, capacity planning, and cost governance, with production infrastructure architecture design, risk assessment, and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong IaC, CI/CD, and automation capabilities, with practical experience using relevant tools (Terraform/Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc.); proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.), able to improve the reliability of infrastructure and application delivery through automation. Production-grade observability and stability governance experience, familiar with relevant tech stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry, etc.), understand Metrics, Logs, Tracing, SLI/SLO, alerting governance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery mechanisms. Familiar with basic production operations of common data and middleware services such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and practical security operations or Dev
