Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily maintenance, feature iteration, and bug fixes of existing business systems; write technical documents according to system requirements and participate in technical solution reviews. Independently and with high quality complete business code writing and unit testing based on design documents to ensure delivery quality. Participate in the development and maintenance of system modules, assist in troubleshooting performance bottlenecks during system operation, and cooperate with the team to complete performance optimization. Follow up and resolve daily technical issues occurring in online systems, and collaborate with the team to tackle technical bottlenecks during development. Responsible for the full-process development and daily maintenance of certain sub-systems, strictly abide by development specifications, and cooperate with the team to successfully complete deployment and launch. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 5+ years of practical development and system maintenance experience in Java/Golang. Proficient in the Java technology stack, skilled in mainstream development frameworks such as Spring Boot, MyBatis, and JPA; familiar with Redis caching, skilled in message middleware such as Kafka/RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch search engine; proficient in common development tools such as GIT and Maven. Experience in distributed systems or microservices project participation, familiar with technologies such as gRPC and Zookeeper. Familiar with MySQL database, with database optimization capabilities. Strong sense of responsibility and high code execution; good teamwork and communication skills, able to adapt to the fast-paced R&D rhythm. Preferred Conditions: Industry experience: R&D experience in internet finance, banking, payments, and other related business backgrounds is preferred. AI capabilities: Proficient in using AI-assisted programming tools in daily development, with AI-developed code accounting for up to 30%, focusing on improving R&D efficiency.
