We're on the lookout for a Bodily Injury Adjuster in the Norfolk, VA area to join our growing team! As a Bodily Injury Adjuster, you will adjust third party General Liability, Auto Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Law Enforcement claims in which a claim exists for bodily injury, personal injury or wrongdoing. This role is a full-time, home-based position that may require travel at times to claims meetings at client locations, seminars for obtaining CEU credits, and scene investigations or inspections. Key Responsibilities Perform all duties as outlined in the Property Damage Adjuster Job Description Daily review of workflow and claim system reminders with follow up and significant progress towards completion of any task set as a reminder, or received in workflow within 72 hours Review of new claims assignments within 24 hours of assignment/Completion of the Plan of Action Contact with the insured/claimant within 24 hours of assignment Assign appraisers or coordinate the receipt of estimates of damage according to client guidelines or approval Determine if estimate
