As a Commercial Auto and General Liability Claims Supervisor you will supervise Commercial auto and commercial general liability claim adjusters, review claim files for proper handling, and maintain proper staffing needs. Results oriented professional with strong leadership, investigative skills with the ability to deliver quality claims service; responsible for building and managing a quality claims staff and be well versed in current case law, statutory law, DOI regulations, etc. that apply to claims practices and issues within the territory of operation. Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years supervising a staff on the handling of claims Monitor staffing needs, mentor and develop staff Investigate and settle commercial auto and commercial GL claims Review/Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients Attend mediations and settlement conferences as necessary Work closely with counsel to settle litigated claims Effectively communicate with staff, management and both interna
