What's in Store We're on the lookout for a Commercial General Liability Claim Adjuster . As a Commercial General Liability Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling and supervision of complex and litigated liability and property claims. Responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability and damages, negotiating with contractors, public adjusters and attorneys, through the life of the claim, maintain a pending and closing ratio of 100%, be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reserves and payments, presenting large loss report and communicate with their manager as well as internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Negotiate and settle large exposure commercial general liability and property claims Construction defect, N.Y Labor Law and Medical Malpractice experience a plus Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients Ability to interpret routine and complex policy contracts and coverage.
