What We’re Looking For: The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for building and tracking project pacing by vendor and leading multi-platform forecasting across our project portfolio. This role partners closely with Finance working on the Risk Adjustment Coding Operations team, to build capacity planning models, determine headcount requirements, and plan for downtime, giving leadership clear, data-driven visibility into project health and resourcing needs. What You Will Do: Build and maintain pacing trackers to monitor project progress, milestones, and timelines by vendor. Develop multi-platform forecasting models to project volume, timelines, and resourcing needs across concurrent projects.
