The role Location: EMEA - Remote · Reports to: Global Total Rewards Lead You’ll own Dataiku ’s global benefits programs across all countries where we operate. The goal: benefits that help us win AI talent, feel consistent and fair wherever people work, meet local requirements, and stay financially sustainable. Our People function is lean and decentralized.
