About the Role
Your tasks: What it's about: The 1st level accepts tickets and pre-sorts them. From there, you take over. Isolate web stack errors, debug mail issues, and correct system-level configurations. If an issue occurs three times, you write a runbook. What you will do with us: Process L2 tickets: isolate web stack errors, debug mail deliverability, resolve configuration issues in hosting environments, and perform system-level backup/restore cases. Analyze and resolve errors: isolate root causes, resolve them in a controlled manner, and document them so colleagues can take over the case at any time. Perform standard changes: restorations, configuration adjustments, and monitoring follow-ups in managed operations. Prepare escalations: hand over more complex cases to specialists with logs, tests, and clear boundaries. Further develop support: convert recurring error patterns into runbooks and checklists. Your profile: What you should bring: Linux system operations: comfortable with the shell, understanding services and logs, and modifying configurations in a controlled manner. Web and mail stack: experience with web servers (e.g., NGINX, Apache), PHP runtimes (e.g., PHP-FPM), databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB), and common mail server setups. Hosting fundamentals: DNS, SSL/TLS, domain management, typical access and recovery methods (rescue, console, IPMI), and an understanding of the differences between shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers. Structured error analysis: you approach problems systematically and document them accordingly.
