National Business Development Manager - Data Center Aftermarket

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager who will provide strategic leadership for the growth and development of Daikin Applied ’s aftermarket service business within the Data Center market. Primary responsibility will be increasing maintenance agreement sales and attachment rates for Daikin Applied equipment. This role develops and executes the national Data Center service strategy and partners with District Service organizations to identify, develop, and secure new Data Center service business. The position serves as the company's subject matter expert on the Data Center market, including the unique operational, reliability, uptime, and service requirements of mission-critical facilities. This role establishes consistent and scalable approaches to Data Center service, including maintenance agreement programs, scopes of work, pricing strategies, proposal standards, and sales processes. This role will help transition the organization from individually developed District approaches to a more consistent national strategy while maintaining local ownership of customer relationships and service execution.
