Senior Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Platform - Mexico Only

At DaCodes we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join an enterprise project in the financial sector focused on the evolution, optimization, and modernization of a highly customized Salesforce platform. We are looking for a highly hands-on person who enjoys technical development, solving complex problems, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous requirements. This position will play a key role participating in: evolutionary maintenance, process reengineering, technical modernization, improvement of automations, integrations, Salesforce architecture optimization, and implementation of best practices. We especially value profiles with ownership, analytical thinking, proactivity, and experience contributing technical improvements within complex Salesforce ecosystems. Responsibilities: Analyze functional and technical requirements. Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Participate in the maintenance, refactoring, and enhancement of existing functionalities. Correct and optimize legacy processes, automations, and components. Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs. Participate in technical modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
