THE OPPORTUNITY Cyera is seeking a technical, self-directed Technical Program Manager to run security programs and projects in the Office of the CISO and to build the program management function for the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Security, IT, Engineering, and our Tel Aviv team to drive initiatives forward and ensure key stakeholders remain aligned. While hands-on engineering is not required, you need sufficient technical grounding to actively participate in technical discussions, ask critical questions, and help structure strategic plans. As the organization's dedicated program manager, you will be instrumental in establishing our operational rhythm, creating standardized workflows, and defining how projects are managed moving forward.
