Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the in-house legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing legal matters related to corporate structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance, supporting both local and international operations. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and corporate resolutions Advise on corporate structuring, company formation, and governance matters Support real estate transactions, acquisitions, and investment activities Ensure compliance with Cyprus and international legal and regulatory frameworks Liaise with external advisors, regulators, and service providers Provide legal guidance to management on strategic decisions Requirements Law degree (LLB) and qualification to practice law in Cyprus Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or transactional law Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and international structures Experience in corporate services, law firms, or f
