Job Title Performance Manager Job Description Summary The Performance Manager leads operational performance management, asset performance analytics, SLA governance, and continuous improvement programs supporting mission-critical data center operations. This role is responsible for establishing performance measurement frameworks, managing operational scorecards, analyzing asset and maintenance performance trends, and ensuring alignment with Cushman & Wakefield data center operational standards and client performance objectives. The Performance Manager partners with Site Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, IT Operations, and Business Operations teams to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making and innovation initiatives.
