Intellectual Property & Contracts Paralegal The IP & Contracts Paralegal is an integral member of the Legal Team who assists in-house counsel with special and non-standard contracting matters, escalated contracting projects, and complex Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), while managing and safeguarding the Company’s proprietary technology and brand portfolio. This role reports to the General Counsel, with dotted-line collaboration with the Products Counsel and Commercial Counsel and provides project-based contracting support and intellectual-property protection in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
