People Transformation & Process Lead

CUDO builds and operates AI infrastructure, and we are scaling quickly. Our People processes have grown with us, adapting as the business has changed. They were not designed for the company we are now, or the one we are becoming. Some work well and need refining, some need a rethink, and there are gaps we need to fill. We need People processes that are built for where CUDO is going. The challengeWhen processes evolve one fix at a time, they work, but not always well together. Managers and employees spend more time on admin than they should. Some parts of the employee experience are well supported while others are not. As we grow, those inconsistencies become harder to manage and they get in the way of the business we are building. Why this could be for you You rarely get the chance to redesign a People function at the point where it matters most, when a business has outgrown processes that served it well and needs ones built for what comes next. You will have the mandate to refine, rebuild and create, and to challenge the platform where needed.
