Cube Care Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our maintenance and laundry service departments. You will manage remote administrative staff and coordiante with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel to ensure services are scheduled, completed, documented, and invoiced accurately and on time. You will also monitor team performance, manage KPIs, resolve operational issues, and help improve our Odoo/CRM systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage daily maintenance and laundry operations. Coordinate
