KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding. Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards. Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Lead HR initiatives to improve em
