HR Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administrative operations, maintaining clean employee data, managing time tracking, supporting payroll preparation, and leading internal HR communications. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle & Records Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles and documentation in our HR system (Workable). Support administrative processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal transfers, terminations, and status changes). Ensure document compliance and structured digital archiving. Time Tracking & Attendance: Track and monitor working hours, absences, and leave records via Uattend. Coordinate with department managers and employees to resolve any time tracking or timesheet discrepancies. Payroll Preparation Support: Consolidate and prepare monthly/bi-weekly payroll input data (working hours, leaves, status updates) for the Finance/Payroll team.
