You will be responsible for analyzing existing implementations, building functionalities using advanced scripting, diagnosing and resolving complex problems, and developing solutions that go beyond standard ServiceNow capabilities. The position requires technical autonomy, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with international teams on global projects. Responsibilities Develop and customize solutions in ServiceNow using advanced scripting, adapting the platform to the technical and operational requirements of the business. Create, maintain, and optimize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes. Analyze existing implementations to identify opportunities for improvement, correct errors, and optimize solution performance. Execute debugging and troubleshooting activities to diagnose and resolve incidents related to custom code and platform functionalities.
