Role Overview: The BPIA function serves as a second-line oversight function across the investment lifecycle — from pre-investment integrity due diligence to post-investment governance strengthening and firm-wide compliance. BPIA reports directly to the CEO and supports the General Partner's compliance obligations to institutional Limited Partners (LPs). Creador is seeking a Senior Associate, Compliance & Governance that will own and execute Creador 's compliance programme — specifically AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC), and LP compliance obligations — across the firm and its portfolio companies. The role also provides oversight of Creador 's outsourced Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) consultant.
