Requirements: Technical Skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Microsoft Excel Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports Basic understanding of SQL is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to negotiate Ability to prioritize and function independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including both telephone etiquette and the ability to compose professional and accurate business correspondence efficiently Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented Responsibilities: Coordinates and monitors sales involving third party lease companies; communicates with customers, sales team and third party lease agents to ensure process runs smoothly; tracks and produces monthly analysis of leasing activity.
