We focus on operational excellence, strong vendor and customer partnerships, and continuous improvement across our processes.## Role OverviewAs Director of Operations, you will own day-to-day operational performance and help build the systems, processes, and team rhythms that enable scalable growth. This role is ideal for an early-career operations leader (0–5 years) who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving messy problems, and can translate goals into clear execution across people, process, and tools.## What You’ll Do* Lead and improve end-to-end operational workflows (order-to-delivery, scheduling, inventory/asset flow, service coordination, returns, and issue resolution as applicable)* Establish operating cadence: daily/weekly metrics reviews, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination* Define and track KPIs (on-time delivery, cycle time, utilization, cost-to-serve, quality, customer satisfaction) and drive action plans to improve them* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using SOPs, checklists, and automation where appropriate* Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experience* Own vendor and partner performance management (SLAs, scorecards, escalation paths, and continuous improvement)* Support forecasting and capacity
