Sr. Manager, Accounting

The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting leads the monthly close, financial reporting, external audit, and internal controls for the Siding & Accessories Finance organization. This role manages and develops Staff and Senior Accountants while ensuring accurate, timely, and US GAAP-compliant results. The successful candidate brings strong technical accounting judgment, experience leading complex close and audit processes, and a record of building high-performing teams and improving processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet tie-outs, and intercompany activity. Manage close tasks and approvals in FloQast and JDE, resolving issues and ensuring accurate, timely completion. Oversee reporting through OneStream and Hubble and ensure results reconcile to the general ledger. Analyze and communicate actual-to-budget and forecast variances for management reviews. Serve as the primary contact for our third-party audit partner and coordinate audit timelines, requests, and support packages. Track open items and coordinate timely responses across Accounting, Tax, regional teams, and other stakeholders. Identify and address potential findings or control deficiencies before and during the audit. Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
