Position Title: Technical Business Analyst, AI Position Location: Remote in the Contiguous United States Job Summary: The Technical Business Analyst, AI combines hands-on technical expertise with strong client and delivery leadership. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client engagements and owns end-to-end delivery across AI, data, and application initiatives—bridging client stakeholders and delivery teams, keeping execution on track, proactively managing risk and escalations, and holding teams accountable for timelines and outcomes. The role also plays a significant technical part in reporting implementations, gathering and translating requirements, designing data models and dashboards in Looker, and applying AI to elevate analytics and insights. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, clear ownership, and the ability to translate complex technical work into business value while maintaining operational rigor. Essential Functions: Serve as the primary client contact and own the relationship from kickoff through delivery, leading kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and executive updates. Own the end-to-end delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across AI, data, and application workstreams.
