Head of IT Delivery Excellence & Automation

In this global leadership role, you will drive delivery excellence, strengthen performance management and accelerate automation across our business application landscape. Bringing together people, processes and technology, you will turn insights into action and apply workflow automation, analytics and AI to improve service quality, reliability and efficiency across SAP and non-SAP applications. You will establish consistent governance, KPIs and dashboards; identify performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities; and support the stabilization and transformation of business-critical application services. Working closely with IT leaders, delivery teams, business partners and strategic vendors, you will translate complex challenges into practical recommendations and measurable improvements.
