Director Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence Position Overview: The Operations Lead for Digital Transformation & Opex is responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide projects to modernize manufacturing and quality systems through advanced digital technologies & operational excellence. The role leads deployment of AI, MVDA, advanced analytics, and scalable software platforms across a global manufacturing network to improve product quality, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and operational excellence maturity. The role defines and owns the AI and digital transformation strategy for the global manufacturing network and leads the team that drives its execution across local sites — including accountability for building and presenting the investment cases that fund it, and for the network-wide standards and governance that sustain it.
