Position Overview We are looking for a proven Aerospace and Defense business developer who knows where the government’s money is, how to shape it, and how to get CCI on contract fast. This role is measured on dollars of orders closed. The ideal person will thrive on bringing in business. Our sales are not transactional: dollar values are high, sales cycles are long and complex, and most wins require shaping requirements and funding before a solicitation exists. Our CF3D® technology 3D prints continuous-fiber composites, both polymer matrix (PMC) and ceramic matrix (CMC), producing complex, lightweight, high-performance parts for hypersonics, missiles, propulsion, reentry, unmanned systems, and other demanding defense applications. You will work alongside our Sr. Director of Defense Strategy & Business Development and partner closely with Engineering, Applications, and Finance.
