Senior Software Engineer

Position challenges: Actively participate in the entire process of building our product (definition, planning, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance). In addition, it is important to drive initiatives with autonomy. Your daily life at Conta Simples: Act autonomously throughout the software development life cycle; Work with good development and code design practices, promoting the quality and maintainability of new and current projects; Define and implement solutions that meet quality requirements with autonomy; Contribute to the development of other developers; Drive initiatives, definitions, and alignments with other areas with autonomy; Monitor and operate solutions in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and quality; Critically use AI tools (code assistants, agents, and automations) to accelerate the delivery cycle while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability standards; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bringing technical insights and contributing to the product strategy.
