Role Summary We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow our CPG and Grocery client portfolio. This isn't a renewals-only role. You'll be expected to identify whitespace within existing accounts and actively sell into it: new product lines, new teams, new use cases. You'll work directly with client stakeholders who use our data for real decisions like where to expand, how to price, and how to read competitive share shifts. The role reports into Corporate Account Management and is fully remote, working standard East Coast hours. What you'll own Full lifecycle management of a CPG, grocery, retail and restaurant account book, with direct accountability for net revenue retention across renewals, upsells, and cross-sells Building and executing against a defensible expansion plan for each account: mapping new buyers, identifying underused product lines, and proactively pitching them before the client asks Serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts, developing relationships with executives beyond your original buyer, so the relationship survives champion turnover Running contract nego
