Senior Manager, Advisory

Overview About the role Consilio's Legal Management Consulting team advises corporate legal departments on how to improve their operating models, processes, governance and use of technology. Our work includes CLM readiness and contracting transformation, legal operating model design, legal operations technology selection and health checks, process improvement, governance, Legal GenAI readiness and tool selection, use-case development, prompt libraries and implementation planning. As Senior Manager, Advisory, you will lead complex, multi-workstream client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to General Counsel, Heads of Legal Operations and other senior executives. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into clear strategies, practical transformation plans and measurable outcomes. You will be accountable for engagement quality, client relationships, team performance and commercial outcomes. You will also help shape Consilio's advisory offerings, develop consulting talent, support business development and strengthen the practice's market position. Responsibilities What you will do Own and lead complex advisory engagements across legal operations, legal technology, contracting transformation and Legal GenAI, from scoping through executive presentation and implementation planning. Serve as the primary day-to-day advisor to senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and aligning diverse legal, procurement, technology, finance and business interests.
