Manager, Solutions Architect

Overview Consilio is seeking an experienced Ironclad Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of client implementations within our Ironclad Practice .Working closely with Project Managers and Legal Engineers , you will define the end-to-end solution design and ensure successful translation of business and legal requirements into scalable, maintainable Ironclad configurations. This role acts as the technical and functional authority across implementations, ensuring that solutions are aligned to best practices while remaining practical and deliverable within project constraints. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Lead end-to-end solution design for Ironclad CLM implementations, including workflows, templates, approval processes, and data models Translate client legal, business, and operational requirements into scalable solution architectures Define contract schemas, clause libraries, playbooks, and workflow structures Ensure designs account for scalability, usability, and long-term maintainability Collaboration with Delivery Team Partner with Project Managers to ensure solution designs align with project scope, timelines, and delivery constraints Provide clear build guidance and specifications to Legal Engineers responsible for system configuration Act as the escalation point for complex design or technical challenges Support iterative delivery, including design validation during build and testing phases Client Engagement &am
