About the Role: The Senior Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical applications for pharmacy benefit management and point-of-sale platforms. This role works across distributed teams to build scalable microservices, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. The position requires strong technical depth, independent execution, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities: • Designing and developing Java-based applications and microservices • Building scalable solutions for high-performance transaction systems • Collaborating in Agile ceremonies including planning, estimations, and design sessions • Partnering with product and project teams to provide technical estimates and updates • Troubleshooting complex production and system issues • Driving development tasks independently with minimal supervision • Working with distributed teams across multiple time zones • Reporting critical issues clearly and proactively • Supporting system architecture and hands-on development as needed • Conducting peer code reviews and mentoring junior developers • Ensuring adherence to security standards and best practices Requireme
