Senior Technical Lead Analyst – Defined Benefits About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead Analyst with strong Defined Benefits experience to serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert supporting pension administration systems and client initiatives. This role partners across business, client services, operations, and technology to lead system changes, resolve complex issues, and translate Defined Benefits requirements into effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the SME for Defined Benefits administration and LWConnect functionality. Partner with Client and CSM on systemic changes, enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution. Coordinate work with OTS and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of system changes. Translate Defined Benefits plan provisions and business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Support pension administration processes including benefit calculations, eligibility, participant data, and plan rules. Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, system enhancements, testing, and UAT. Analyze complex system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Guide Business Analysts and SMEs through project activities and deliverables. Develop process flows, requirements, user documentation, and training materials.
