About the role: Conduent is seeking a Pension Benefits Services Specialist to assist participants with questions about their pension benefits and plan provisions. In this fully remote role, you will primarily handle inbound telephone calls, with occasional outbound calls and callbacks, to explain plan options, answer questions, complete transactions, and provide guidance on applicable forms and processes. You will support multiple clients, learning and following their specific procedures to deliver accurate, professional participant service. This role offers relatively low call volume compared with traditional high-volume call center environments. What you’ll do: Answer participant questions and explain applicable pension plan provisions and available options. Research inquiries, complete transactions, and provide guidance on required forms and processes. Document participant interactions accurately in the case management system. Complete callbacks promptly and escalate issues when appropriate. Follow client-specific procedures and meet established quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
