Position Summary The Medicaid Drug Rebate Supervisor oversees day-to-day Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) operations across Conduent Medicaid accounts. The role is accountable for accurate and timely rebate invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and accounts receivable activities while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements, state contractual obligations, audit standards, and performance commitments. The Supervisor leads a team of rebate analysts and specialists, serves as a subject matter expert, supports client relationships, and drives process improvements that strengthen quality, service, and financial outcomes. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during quarterly invoicing cycles or other critical business periods.
