Work Location: Work From Home About the role : Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits and plan provisions. In this fully remote role, you will primarily handle inbound telephone calls, with occasional outbound calls, to answer questions, explain available options, complete transactions, and guide participants through applicable forms and processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable benefits administration experience while providing accurate, professional support in a structured environment with relatively low call volume. What you'll do : Respond to participant inquiries and explain applicable benefits and plan provisions. Research questions, provide accurate information, and complete transactions with limited supervision. Explain forms and guide participants through the appropriate processes. Complete callbacks promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
