The expected salary range for this position is $106,400.00 - $127,511.00. Overview As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst , you will serve as a strategic partner to Governance, Risk & Assurance (GRA) and the broader General Counsel Strategy Office (GCSO), helping teams across the organization transform data into actionable insights and better business decisions. In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of Compassion's data landscape, systems, and business processes, using business intelligence, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to identify opportunities for operational improvement, process automation, and informed decision-making. You will work hands-on with complex datasets and collaborate with stakeholders across Governance, Risk & Assurance, People & Culture, Global Security, Marketing, Global Program, IT, and enterprise data communities.
