Design and define the complete full-stack solution proposal for initiatives under your responsibility, from front-end to data persistence; Translate business requirements into objective technical criteria, covering both functional and non-functional requirements; Break down and detail work items into detailed stories, with technical acceptance criteria and development requirements clear enough for autonomous execution by the team; Map and analyze the current state of applications, recording technical debt in a traceable and prioritizable manner with the product team; Evaluate and propose architectural decisions with formal records, including alternatives considered and selection criteria, so that the decision remains understandable over time. Consolidated experience in full-stack development with [Node.js and React]; Advanced proficiency in the TypeScript and JavaScript ecosystem; Experience in defining technical standards, design patterns, and spreading best practices across engineering teams; Experience with high-availability digital products and operational support; Practical experience in event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, or RabbitMQ); Cloud experience, preferably GCP; Experience with modeling, indexing, and query optimization in MySQL; Experience performing end-to-end testing (unit, integration, and e2e); Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipeline configuration (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar);
