The MenuWorks Business Analyst serves as the primary business analyst for one or more product initiatives, assisting in discovery activities, defining functional solutions, and partnering with Product Managers to deliver valuable customer outcomes. This role moves beyond documentation to become a trusted advisor who combines customer insights, operational knowledge, and data analysis to recommend product improvements.
