Investment Associate Venture Capital | m/w/d | Berlin or remote within Germany Companisto is the investment network for startups and growth companies based in Berlin. Business Angels and private investors finance innovative companies via our network. To expand our venture capital team, we are looking for reinforcement. Your Role As an Investment Associate at Companisto, you support startup analysis and due diligence and take on individual tasks in the venture capital investment process. You bring initial relevant professional experience. Your regional Investment Director guides you professionally and disciplinarily and accompanies your development. Your Tasks in the Investment Team You research suitable startups and support deal sourcing and active outreach to founder teams. You analyze pitch decks, business models, market potentials, and financial planning. You prepare founder meetings and accompany exchanges with companies. You take on defined tasks in financial and commercial due diligence and present your findings in a comprehensible manner. You create company analyses and support company valuations and the preparation of investment decisions. You accompany experienced colleagues in participation negotiations and startup financings and further develop your investment competence.
