This role serves as the primary liaison between COP and ourenterprise clients ensuring program performance, client satisfaction, andlong-term growth. Unlike a traditional account management role, this positioncombines client strategy, business consulting, operational leadership, andperformance management. The Program Manager owns the overall health of assignedprograms while partnering closely with internal National Sales Consultants toensure client expectations are successfully translated into field execution.
