Job Title: MiCAL 988 Crisis Line Clinical Shift Supervisor Master’s Degree in the Human Services field and Professional licensure in the State of Michigan required Shifts: Full-Time: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Tuesday - Saturday Part-Time: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Friday - Saturday Base Pay: $32-38 + Shift Differentials Shift Differentials: Additional $3 hourly between 4:00 pm-8:00 am and $1 hourly shift differential 8:00 am-4:00 pm Saturday and Sundays About you: The ideal MiCAL Crisis Line Clinical Shift Supervisor is a strong leader, has self-discipline, outstanding problem-solving skills, and dedicated. Day in the Life Provide crisis support to MiCAL Crisis Specialists Administrative functions, such as supervision meetings, payroll, shift scheduling, and debriefing Training and Development of Staff, including monitoring calls and online training. Oversee daily MiCAL operations, including tasks of the MiCAL Crisis Specialists and call activities. Provide support to MiCAL Crisis Specialists and ‘back up’ support, as needed.
