We're looking for a Senior Accountant in Client Accounting Services (CAS) who brings both strong technical accounting skills and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. This role is highly client-facing. You'll help business owners understand their numbers, guide quarterly financial conversations, and support strategic decisions through forecasting, financial analysis, and operational insight. What You'll Do Manage and review monthly and quarterly accounting deliverables, including month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings, presenting financial performance, trends, and key insights to business owners. Prepare financial reporting that goes beyond the numbers, including: Cash flow analysis Trend identification Key operational insights for client decision-making Advise clients on FP&A initiatives such as budgets, rolling forecasts, profitability analysis, and KPI dashboards.
